★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato es mal, reclama uno garantía la hacen de emoción paga uno en efectivo el cambio se lo clavan y se reclaman lo buscan en video a ver si es cierto. Realmente no recomiendo comprar aquí vayan a otras alternativas.
The treatment is bad, one claims a guarantee, they make it out of emotion, one pays cash for the change, they nail it to them and claim it, they look for it on video to see if it is true. I really do not recommend buying here go to other alternatives.

Este año volví a comprar con ustedes, el trato en tienda no es tan bueno como antes, pero la persona que atiende por Whatsapp (Karla), es sumamente prepotente, sin tacto y hasta siento que atiende de mala gana, como que no le gusta su trabajo. Deberían monitorear los chats y ver la manera en que atiende y ustedes determinar si tengo razón o es mi imaginación. De momento prefiero ir con otros proveedores tan solo por la calidez y educación con la que atienden. Se los paso como tip porque a lo mejor la dueña ni enterada.
