Ser más imparciales, no nada más contratar puro hombre. Necesitan ser más flexibles con la experiencia (nadie sale de la escuela con el tipo de conocimiento que siempre requieren), en cuanto a un puesto con profesión; a diferencia que los operadores (ellos si deberían tener mínimo preparatoria). Y en cuanto a personal; la persona que contrata si es muy amable. They need to better assess the people who are going to ask for work (be more empathetic), make a correct filter to be able to accommodate them too, not just leave them waiting or hoping for hiring. Be more impartial, not just hire pure man. They need to be more flexible with experience (no one leaves school with the kind of knowledge they always require), in terms of a position with a profession; unlike the operators (they should have a minimum of high school). And as for personnel; the person who hires if he is very kind.
