Desde el personal en recepción, tanto radiología brindaron atención excepcional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que clase de empresa contrata recepcionistas tan déspotas e inhumanas. Nada recomendable y el radiólogo ni se diga no te explica nada, nomás te da órdenes y además sucio, sin bata ni protecciones nada profesional. Me fui hacer una resonancia por la mañana a la cuál saque cita y por cierto fue muy difícil ni contestan el teléfono, y no me pasaron a mi hora.

Nothing recommended and the radiologist does not explain anything to you, he just gives you orders and also dirty, without a gown or unprofessional protections. I went to do an MRI in the morning to which I made an appointment and by the way it was very difficult, they did not answer the phone, and they did not give me my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio por parte de la recepcionista, prepotente, arrogante y grosera, no te contestan bien, nisiquiera te miran, y para colmo arreglándose ahí en plena atención, terminando la resonancia de mi familiar se salió y no llegaba..... no deberían tener a gente así trabajando en ese tipo de puesto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todavía puede mejorar, llevamos a una persona de 3ra edad y en cuanto a toma de información deben tomar en cuenta que en ocasiones requieren apoyo. En cuanto a atención no tuvimos problemas. Sin embargo desde mi opinión si podrían ser más atentos. Los estudios los toman rápido y es importante llegar de 20 a 10 minutos antes de la cita.
