★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did the jungle view tour and it was so worth it. It was just me and my fiancé. We had the view to ourselves with champagne. We were able to use our drone and take as many pictures as we could. I’m so thankful we will have these videos and photos for the rest of our lives. HIGHLY recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an honest review. When we got there our room was dirty, our beds were covered in bugs and flies, and they had a water lick right above my bed. The drainage in the sick and shower were constantly clogged. They said they were gonna clean and fix what they could but they only came into the room and changed the sheets. We ended up getting reimbursed for the first night. Then we got moved to a different room. The receptionist was really nice about it, but management didn’t do anything to try and fix the issue besides reimbursement from the first night. Honesty is was not an good experience at all. Save you’re money and stay somewhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was by far the worst hotel experience imaginable. After check in we discovered that the villa did not have a back door that locked. The keypad to the front door also was inoperable and we discovered that the back door was the only way in and out. The hotel claimed that they had no other rooms available. They then claimed that none of the villas had back doors with operable locks so they offered to refund us for our stay. We took them at their word and promptly left as we could not stay in a villa that had no operable locks. Two months later I am still fighting to get refunded for our stay. I recommend that you do not stay at this hotel at any cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for our 2 week honeymoon in Sept. 2021 and I can’t say enough about how beautiful the place is and how loving & caring the staff is with every guest. Brenda at the reception area was amazing and so intentional with my husband and I. She was constantly checking in and made our stay feel like a true honeymoon. She is such a sweetheart and a hard worker. I have no complaints about this hotel and their great staff.
I am also gluten free and vegan for health reasons, and they went out of their way to accommodate my lifestyle and made sure I had a delicious breakfast everyday. The restaurant also carried great food for dinner!! The owner, the staff taking care of the car garage and every employee there was phenomenal! We would absolutely stay here again. ? thank you so much for genuine hospitality Hun Tulum!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend HUN Tulum to anyone traveling to Tulum! The hotel is hidden on the Main Street of Tulum and had a security guard outside of it every night which made me feel safe. The Presidential Villas are worth the cost with two stories, AC, mosquito nets, and a small dipping pool. The property is well taken care of and has a small courtyard between all of the villas. Our stay came with free breakfast every morning which was fantastic compared to other free breakfasts I’ve received in the past. The staff was helpful and friendly and I will definetly be going back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my friend wanted to stay near the beach. Initially we were hesitant because of some of the reviews but we found them completely unfounded. The rooms were perfectly clean & the shower was a beautiful rain shower with great pressure. We thought the rooms were nicer than they looked in the pictures.
There are also some nice perks: The hotel treated us to a welcome cocktail and the included breakfast was better than we expected. All of the staff we dealt with were super nice & helpful.
Location was solid - ~15 minutes from the best restaurants and beach clubs.
Would recommend this place.
