★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es tranquilo, como para un descanso nomas. Pero sí está muy descuidado, sucio y deteriorado. Demasiada basura y grafiti mal hecho en el lugar. La vegetación algo seca y huele a agua de drenaje. Estaba muy solo cuando yo entré. Creo que al menos para algunas travesuras de parejas sí se presta.
