I think it should have more assortment of food and accessories. I have a large breed dog and I could not buy him anything that interested me. Since it is more assorted smaller stores even those in the Xochimilco market

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las recepcionistas son groseras, te atienden de mala gana. Si preguntas se desesperan porque no saben buscar en su sistema, las primeras veces pensé qué tal vez habían tenido un mal día o algo así pero esto es cada vez que voy. Los que me pasan las croquetas siempre sin muy amables
The receptionists are rude, they serve you reluctantly. If you ask they get desperate because they don't know how to search their system, the first few times I thought maybe they had a bad day or something but this is every time I go. Those who pass me the croquettes are always very kind

No sé si se debe a su sistema de atención al cliente o por desgano de los encargados de recibir el pedido ,ventanilla 1, traslado al área de búsqueda del producto ventanilla 2, , entrega de papeles con sello y pago en otra ventanilla, la 3, regreso a ventanilla 2 a recoger el producto ...uf!
They are friendly but a bit slow in the service... I don't know if it is due to their customer service system or due to the reluctance of those in charge of receiving the order, window 1, transfer to the product search area, window 2, , delivery of papers with stamp and payment at another window, 3, I return to window 2 to pick up the product...uf!
