They are negligent, from the owner to their workers. It took them a week to get me a terrible quality job. I went by an insurance company to have the front face of my car repaired and to begin with, they did the bad job without removing the face, of course when I go to pick up the car and check the work they did not complete the repair and did not detail the painting. When I claim them, they tell me that I left them again to complete the job that they will only charge me 700 pesos difference. After claiming them I tell them that I will take them to them next Monday, then they ask me to come to the offices to sign, that they will give me a voucher to make the missing repair. In what I am going to sign, I do not know who from the ball of useless people take out the car at the entrance of the workshop, I am confident that I had already checked the work and I do not pay attention anymore and I take out the car, out of curiosity I stop at a corner to I check the work again and I see that you have a fresh blow on the right side. Immediately I return to claim them and according to them astonished they tell me that they do not know what happened. Of course they did so confident that I would not notice immediately and charge me more when he returns on Monday. After claiming them and seeing that they would never accept their responsibility, I decided not to return, with zero confidence I was going to be calm about leaving my car with those people again. I hope you think a thousand times before leaving your cars for repair with these people.
