Excellent service, clean, good breakfast buffet selection. Also, nice bar and mini-market available 24/7. Only recommendation to housekeeping: make sure that there are towels in the room. We didn't have one towel on our second day. Also, might consider changing coffee... Otherwise, great place to stay in Santa Fe.

Breakfast is free and they have around 8 people working at the breakfast station. That is all.

Overall great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. Although we didn't get breakfast one day because it was a holiday and noone told us they would stop serving an hour early, which was really frustrating. But we visited at a very busy time for them (local music festival) and the staff were dealing with a lot. Outdoor patio and pool are amazing.

Staying in one place in one hotel at a stretch for whatever reason is hard for a general visitor. I am not general. I am 69 and wife 66 and we need to go to Houston USA for seeing our daughter and her husband her new home and Lulu the chubby beauty cocker spaniel.As we live in India we have to enter USA via third country permitted by CDC USA after 15 nights stay. These are very hard times ever changing rules by the government and airlines. Variants New Variants. And Covid ! We chose Mexico City and Hyatt House after careful deliberation. We got a big suite with a kitchenette.We had lots of restrictions in diet. We had health issues. And we need to pass the final covid test before entering USA ! In every aspect Hyatt House met our needs.The view from the room and hall simply stunning from 15 th floor. Super safe location. Amazing helpful front desk ! Karla you stole our Heart . Darwin the Hotel Shuttle Driver helped uas on arrival and departure and also two days safe tourism aroun historic .Mexico and the pyramids. Hyatt House exceeded our expectations with impressive care toward elderly guests ! At the end our stay was comfortable and memorable ! Lovely country ! Viva Mexico

Hyatt House, Santa Fe Mexico City We came from India to stay for 15 days, just to stick to the rule by the US. So many Indians are staying here at any given day. Hotel location suits us as the essential shops, and a hospital which conducts RT PCR test by visiting your rooms, are just within premises or about 100 metres away. Separate elevators , clean and artfully decorated. Check in was smooth. Our Kings Suite was quite big, 60 sq meters. Living area with sofa cum double bed. Smart flat TV, one each in living and bedroom. Dining table. Full big Fridge. Toaster, hot plates, microwave , dish washer. Cutlery and crockery for 4. Two King double beds. Ample Storage and big toilet. With tub and shower. Staff was very efficient, courteous. A few spoke english well. Breakfast was rather disappointing. May be i missed the buffet type. Visited twice for dinner. Good but limited menu.which , surprisingly lacked special Mexican treat. A few cocktails were proficiently made and served. I enjoyed the Red Mazcal. Coming to the Team Hyatt House, i must mention Ms Nina Reyes, Executive at sales and marketing, who led the scene on many busy mornings. Also Ms Sandra who smilingly handles any potentially delicate situation. And Paola, Jya, Mario, Daniel And the heroes in the background, Ruth, Viridiana, Teresa and Josue. Not to forget the ever smiling and efficient Graciela. She made our everyday breakfast in to a treat. Thank you all, We shall always remember our stay here. ..... Few appreciation about Hyatt House Lobby staff All are excellent and cheerful Mr. Sergio is very helpful, multi tasked person as well as tower of patience .Good to have him ? Madam Karla is very sweet and helpful .Guided us in all walks of life at Hyatt ? Mr.Darwin helped us in sight seeing and very perfect in time and friendly

The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The King suite is great, well appointed with a small kitchen/dining table that meets all needs. Clever living room arrangement with a tv that rotates to face the bedroom at night. Nice big windows providing lots of natural light. Perfect if you are visiting the neighboring ABC hospital, one of the best, which is connected by a sky walk. Breakfast was busy and the order was half wrong and cold, but service was so good it made up for it. The restaurant options are simple, good and good value. One of my favorite hotels, though somewhat far away. The real draw is the proximity to the hospital, but if it was more central I would stay there every time. It's excellent value.
