En la sucursal que está en seguida de famsa estuve veinte minutos esperando se me atendiera pues lo señores que están atendiendo no dan con bola y no atienden rápido todo andan preguntando y les vale madre la fila pésimo negocio en atención les falta mucho espíritu servicio feo lugar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por 15 años he sido cliente de esa empresa, desafortunadamente hoy compré una manguera muy sencilla y vaya sorpresa, me la cobraron a más del doble de lo que me costaba todavía en enero de esta año, hablé a la competencia de elos para que me dieran el precio y resulta que me la cotizaron a la mitad de precio de lo que pagué hoy, no acostumbro hacer comentarios negativos pero la verdad esta vez lo amerita, por la atención y calidad del servicio no hay queja, ojala y el dueño vea este comentario
For 15 years I have been a client of that company, unfortunately today I bought a very simple hose and what a surprise, they charged me more than double what it still cost me in January of this year, I spoke to the competition of them to give me the price and it turns out that they quoted me at half the price of what I paid today, I do not usually make negative comments but the truth is worth it this time, for the attention and quality of the service there is no complaint, hopefully and the owner see this comment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nula y mala atención de la cajera y política de reembolso ineficiente y de flojos. Cuidado que cambios solo el mismo día porque cierran corte. Buena atención de despachadores y buenos productos.
No and poor cashier care and inefficient and lazy refund policy. Be careful that changes only the same day because they close the court. Good service from dispatchers and good products.
