I come to report the following case about my experience with this company: I went to the branch they have in Rome to buy a model of ophthalmic lenses that I saw on the Internet. I chose a specific model and waited for the business days to be ready. They agreed to tell me, but since they did not, I went to pick them up. They gave me another model different from the one I requested. The person in charge told me they did not have the model that I had chosen, when I saw it with my own eyes a few days before. In the end they found it and exchanged the micas. I took my glasses to my house and when I wanted to clean them, the micas threw them away because they were not fixed or safe. I returned them for me to fix them or give me the refund. They agreed to have them ready a few days later, before a trip that I warned them that I had. I got the day we agreed, at the time they promised me they would be ready. When I asked for them, they told me they were on their way and that I had to wait between 15 and 20 minutes. I asked them to be honest because I could not wait long, since I was going on a trip in a few hours. After 40 minutes, the lady in charge told me that the delivery man never brought my glasses and when he announced this he never asked me for an apology. It's the worst service I've had in glasses. I see that they have done this to other people. What lack of ethics and dishonesty yours.
