The service that is done leaves a lot to be desired. They say that they DO clean bags and other items apart from clothes and quilts. PEEEERO, I took a bag and the day it had to be delivered to me they couldn't find it, they took a while to give it to me, they put a bag on it quickly and that's it, when they checked it they had done absolutely nothing !!!! They only half polished the fur bows. I said, well, okay, 90 pesos. I took another SMALLER BAG the next day, and exactly the same thing happened, but dirty from all sides !!!! I DON'T UNDERSTAND, IF THEY DO THE SERVICE, do it well, OR IF YOU DON'T DO IT, BEFORE CHARGING AND RECEIVING THEY WARN US not to leave our things and look elsewhere !!!!

All excellent, I take my clothes to be ironed and I have not had any problem.

At the Imperial Valley branch with jobs, the girls who are there greet you and do NOT bring masks. Surely the owner is worth it because it is her hobby and she has other businesses.

Terrible service, I just picked up a ZARA jacket and they gave it to me with all its scraped closures and apart from that they lost some metal tips that were on the laces, that only happens if they put it in the washing machine but the jacket is hand washed. The manager of the premises asked me to bring my jacket to try to solve the problem but they only stapled the laces. I do not understand how their faces do not fall ashamed. Appalling!

Some tennis shoes that were less than a month old I had them washed and they spoiled, they detached the memory foam and they were dirty, I washed them at home and it was very easy to remove the dirt. I always carry my clothes for the price but it has been more expensive, an Italian foul they returned it to me without the clasps and they just accommodated it on the hook I don't know where the hell they washed it because it had no clasps and the side seams were broken, I mean Thank you, they left my favorite skirt useless and they gave it to me among more clothes so that it will not be noticed, I mean they spoil the clothes and they cover it and since you do not check in detail at the moment they are not responsible, apart from that they have returned dirty and stained clothes , one day they could not find a dress and on another occasion they gave me clothes that were not mine, maybe I was unlucky but as a company by focusing on numbers and winning they do not pay attention to how they deliver your things and are not even responsible Apart from anything recommended with wool garments they are delivered worn as if they were old, I prefer to spend double in expensive dry cleaners in which they have never delivered my clothes like this, well they say that cheap is expensive!

From what I noticed when picking up, they have problems with clients and their clothes and personally my clothes returned with damage and signs that what was paid for was not done correctly (1 of 2 clothes) (stained, wrinkles and even dust).
