Dejamos un saco tommy original para lavar, con toda confianza ya que se trata de una tienda experta en ese tipo de servicio, pero se nos regresaron otro saco, un tommy falso, que ni siquiera cabia en mi marido. No aceptamos y dijimos que no era el saco que habíamos dejado. Y sumase que La gerente nos dijo que podría ajustar el saco falso, intentando que nos quedáramos satisfechos así. Pues esa tienda es un absordo! La peor experiencia que podríamos tener.
The worst experience I've had in my life! We left an original tommy bag to wash, with all confidence since it is an expert store in that type of service, but they returned us another sack, a false tommy, that did not even fit in my husband. We did not accept and said it was not the sack we had left. And I added that the manager told us that he could adjust the fake sack, trying to keep us satisfied like that. Well, that store is an absorbed one! The worst experience we could have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena como lavanderia y malisima como tintorería, todo lo entregan dañado por que no lavan en seco , y te dicen que darán un tratamiento para reestirarlo, y te cansas de dar vueltas y puros pretextos y por supuesto no hay garantias ni rembolsos , entonces si tus prendas son de calidad ni se te ocurra llevarlas, pesima tintoreria!
Good as a laundry and bad as a dry cleaner, everything is delivered damaged because they do not dry clean, and they tell you that they will give a treatment to re-stretch it, and you get tired of going around and pure pretexts and of course there are no guarantees or refunds, so if your Garments are of quality do not even think about wearing them, terrible dry cleaner!
