★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención el "asesor digital" Orlando se encargó de hacer la cita para ver el vehículo en piso (incluso se confirmó unas horas antes mi asistencia), al llegar me terminó atendiendo otro asesor llamado David o Daniel, no sabía ni quien era yo, que tenía una cita, ni que auto era el que vería, al confirmar el modelo del auto me dijo que ya no lo tenían en piso, que el auto, había sido entregado a su dueño, tenían dos autos en el patio de la agencia de al lado, me tuvieron dando vueltas a pleno sol de las casi 3 de la tarde, buscando los autos que se supone, no podía ver por que la persona encargada de las llaves no estaba, después de insistir, por fin consiguió las llaves y pude ver el vehículo, el asesor ni se molestó en mostrarlo, ni me invitó a subir ni revisar la cajuela, a duras penas me dio unas características, un tiempo de entrega de 6 meses, pero con todo lo ocurrido me da mucha desconfianza de la marca y la atención, no quiero saber cómo será cuando uno ya tenga un vehículo de esta marca, lo que le sigue de pésimo servicio y atención.

I don't know if it's that they are unable to give their customers quality service or if they enjoy being unprofessional. They refused to apologize for their error and became hostile. This dealership is an embarrassment to the Hyundai company and I wouldn't suggest anyone come here or purchase a Hyundai so you can avoid this joke of a business.
