★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio para recoger mi unidad de servicio. Pagué por transferencia, me tienen 40 min esperando para validar mi pago (ya lo había validado 2 hrs antes por teléfono). Después de la espera me dicen que pase a caja a pagar. Llamo al teléfono 800 de Atención a Clientes, y al digitar la opción 3 para atención, me cortan la llamada. De verdad solo lo traigo acá por la garantía. NO LO RECOMIENDO!!
 Terrible service to pick up my service unit. I paid by transfer, they have 40 minutes waiting for me to validate my payment (I had already validated it 2 hours before by phone). After waiting they tell me to go to the cashier to pay. I call 800 Customer Service, and when I enter option 3 for service, they cut me off. I really only bring it here for the guarantee. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!

En especial el agente que me atendió fue cero atento, hizo a la hora de tramitar el crédito lo que él quiso sin mi consentimiento. Impuntual a la hora de entrega y contesta muy prepotentemente, como si me fuera a robar el coche o me lo hubiera pagado el.
Lousy sales service. I would not return to this agency for anything. In particular, the agent who attended me was zero attentive, he did what he wanted when processing the credit without my consent. Late at the time of delivery and answers very arrogantly, as if he was going to steal the car or he had paid for it.

La atención deja mucho que desear, pareciera que te están haciendo un favor al comprar el auto, mi vendedor hasta que no escuchó la cantidad de mi enganche no cambió de actitud. Desde diciembre di mi apartado (el cual fue el monto total del enganche) y es marzo y aún no me han asignado un auto, para colmo yo soy la que está atrás de mi vendedor pidiendo alguna actualización, siento que como cliente te deben de estar informando si hay unidad o no. Si lo que buscas es un auto de transmisión automática te recomiendo que ni vayas a esta agencia porque no les asignan nada al parecer. Algunos dicen que te ofrecen agua, pues a mi ni eso. Cuando me entreguen el auto (si es que no retiro mi dinero antes) veré si cambio la opinión.
At the moment my rating is 1 star. The attention leaves much to be desired, it seems that they are doing you a favor by buying the car, my salesman did not change his attitude until he heard the amount of my down payment. Since December I gave my section (which was the total amount of the down payment) and it's March and they still haven't assigned me a car, to top it off I'm the one behind my salesman asking for an update, I feel that as a customer they should be with you informing if there is unit or not. If what you are looking for is an automatic transmission car, I recommend that you don't even go to this agency because they don't seem to assign anything to them. Some say they offer you water, well, not even that for me. When they give me the car (if I don't withdraw my money before) I'll see if I change my opinion.
