★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia, se hizo la solicitud de crédito para un carro que ya estaba vendido a otra persona (sin decirnos) y aún así nos pidieron una cantidad para "apartarlo" regresé 2 horas después con la cantidad solicitada y me dijeron que la unidad ya estaba vendida y que nos darian otra unidad diferente a la del crédito, por que el asesor de ventas refirió que tiempo antes (3 meses) ya lo había vendido y al final los que buscaron una solución alterna fueron sus empleados y no él asesor en ventas. El asesor de ventas sólo nos dio largas para no vendernos el auto que ya había sido solicitado en el crédito!
Bad experience, a credit request was made for a car that was already sold to another person (without telling us) and even so they asked us for an amount to "set it aside" I returned 2 hours later with the requested amount and they told me that the unit was already sold and that they would give us another unit different from the credit one, because the sales advisor said that some time before (3 months) he had already sold it and in the end those who looked for an alternative solution were his employees and not the sales advisor. The sales consultant just gave us long so as not to sell us the car that had already been requested on the loan!
