★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En 2018 acudí por una entrevista de trabajo y jamás me llamaron para darme seguimiento.
El día de ayer volví a ir por una nueva vacante a las 17:30 como habían hecho mi cita con el gerente Alejandro Mata y estuve hasta las 19:00 y nadie me recibió y tampoco me hicieron ninguna observación.
No sé, pero sé me hace injusto que jueguen así con el tiempo de las personas, si esto hacen a sus candidatos no me imagino que harán con sus clientes.
In 2018 I went for a job interview and they never called me to follow up.
Yesterday I went back for a new vacancy at 5:30 p.m. as they had made my appointment with the manager Alejandro Mata and I was there until 7:00 p.m. and nobody received me and they did not make any observations.
I don't know, but I know it makes me unfair that they play with people's time like that, if they do this to their candidates I don't imagine what they will do to their clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo Servicio Post Venta, ni hablar de las garantias, tengo mas de 2 meses y medio con la camioneta en la agencia, esperando que me reemplacen un harness de Bateria que se quemo porque no le dieron el mantenimiento que me estaban cobrando, la respuesta después de tanto tiempo sigue siendo la misma, NO TENEMOS RESPUESTA DE PLANTA, así que espere hasta que nos contesten. PESIMO PESIMO PESIMO, le recomiendo al Gerente dense una vuelta por la MAZDA para que vean lo que significa el servicio al cliente señores.
Terrible After Sales Service, not to mention the guarantees, I have more than 2 and a half months with the truck in the agency, waiting for them to replace a Battery harness that burned because they did not give it the maintenance that they were charging me, the answer later for so long it is still the same, WE HAVE NO RESPONSE FROM THE PLANT, so wait until they answer us. PESIMO PESIMO PESIMO, I recommend the Manager take a tour of the MAZDA so you can see what customer service means, gentlemen.
