Highly recommended! I changed agencies to compare the service and I was surprised by the good treatment of the Eleazar advisor and the staff in general. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio…. NADA RECOMENDABLE…. por mi parte JAMÁS llevo mi IONIC a esta agencia.
Me cobraron servicio de valet ($200) para recoger mi auto y regresarlo a casa…… al día siguiente el tablero me indicaba que las llantas tenían de presión de inflado 39, 41, 37, , 40 - - - Me cobraron alineación y balanceo!!!!! Y mi esposa me señaló que el auto tenía un rayón en la parte trasera derecha (yo no lo vi porque nunca entro de ese lado) hablé con mi vendedora porque el Gerente se servicio JAMÁS te atiende una llamada, y me pidió que lo llevara para que lo arreglaran y le inflaran correctamente las llantas (el lavador me lo dejo sucio y manchado y tiro del parabrisas en porta-TAG)….
después del mal rato decidí dejarlo pasar…
pero a los 3 días al poner el Aire acondicionado noté un mal olor (que no le cambian los filtros??
PARA EL DUEÑO DE LA AGENCIA:
le parece ético y moral lo que hace su personal…???? !!!!!
Jamás…. Jamás los vuelvo a ver y si le aseguro que voy a ir a planta para que lo revisen y me digan si le hicieron el servicio o solo le cambiaron el aceite ( que es lo único que me mostró el valet)
Y tenga la seguridad que lo voy a reportar con el Director General de HIUNDAY México, eso se lo firmo.
Terrible service…. NOTHING RECOMMENDED... For my part I NEVER take my IONIC to this agency.
They charged me for valet service ($200) to pick up my car and bring it home… the next day the dashboard told me that the tires had inflation pressures of 39, 41, 37, , 40 - - - They charged me for alignment and balancing! !!!! And my wife pointed out to me that the car had a scratch on the right rear (I didn't see it because I never go in that side) I talked to my saleswoman because the Service Manager NEVER answers a call, and she asked me to take it to that they fix it and inflate the tires correctly (the washer left me dirty and stained and I threw the windshield into a TAG holder)….
After the bad time I decided to let it go...
but after 3 days when I put the air conditioning on I noticed a bad smell (that they don't change the filters?
FOR THE OWNER OF THE AGENCY:
What your staff does seems ethical and moral…???? !!!!!
Never…. I never see them again and if I assure you that I am going to go to the plant to check it and tell me if they did the service or just changed the oil (which is the only thing the valet showed me)
And rest assured that I am going to report it to the General Director of HIUNDAY Mexico, I will sign it for you.
