Solicité programación para mi llave, pero pasaron 4 meses y no me dieron respuesta a pesar de haber pagado por el servicio. Adicional pésima atención para resolver por parte del gerente general, post venta y gerencia de servicios.

El mejor servicio al cliente y atención que he tenido por parte de Ana Ruíz. Amigable, atenta, siempre al pendiente por llamada o mensaje. En general mi experiencia fue muy placentera, desde la primer visita hasta la entrega con música, confetti y todo...nomás faltó la carnita asada ;) La camióneta es una Tucson 2022, es una suv hermosa y muy equipada. Recomiendo vayan con Ana Ruíz.

한국 메이커 자동차라고 사줘야할 이유가 전혀 없습니다. 여기는 판매사원이 구매자 기만하네요. 여기서 차 사지 마시고 다른데서 구매하세요. 판매사원말 듣고 신차 받는데 3개월 걸린다고 해서 재차 확인후 1월중순에 신차계약을 걸었는데, 5월 중순이 되도 차량을 구매할수 없었습니다. 전세계적으로 차량용 반도체가 부족해도 현재 몬테레이 신차 시장에서 새차 구매하는데 3개월이면 될땐데 여긴 판매사원이 거짓말 핑계만 오지게 되면서 어휴.. 제 시간만 낭비했네요.. 다른데서 차 구매하세요.. 별 1개도 아깝습니다.

DO NOT USE MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT HYUNDAI CONTRY MONTERREY. (Assessor Adrian Balderas ) It is my duty to report how bad service and terrible experience we had when taking our Tucson SUV to service at Hyundai Contry located in Monterrey and such experience could injure or kill my family on January 18th 2020 when my wife went to collect our vehicle after been given required maintenance ( as per current warranty book ) but also our SUV needed to replace or correct backside brakes ( rectification + pads ). Our surprise and deadly event happened when leaving this Hyundai location we were told everything as per expected service was perfect but when taking main avenue Garza Sada our backside wheels were not installed properly and all studs were loose putting my wife's life at risk since there was a moment a crash was unavoidable with a truck coming in the opposite site since wheels were not responding. Thankfully there were around some good people that assisted her and took her to the closest available garage to get loose studs tighten but a risk of a serious injury was so scary and could be ended in a fatality for sure. After this event, we called immediately the car dealer and explained what had happened and just said that was a mistake made by the technician in turn and he was to be suspended but it is clear no body was supervising him, nor his boss and not the car dealer assessor either . Please I want you all to be aware of this poor and unprofessional service you may have from this specific Hyundai car dealer that could put your life at risk. Still today, we have not received a call from the manager in charge of all maintenance services to explain what happened even they promised to do so. Surely, I am going to keep escalating this terrible situation with Hyundai Mexico's central offices since it is unacceptable this life risking situation is not receiving expected attention and propose a resolution form this car dealer. Had our 2022 Tucson in for service and dealt with Anel and Kevin and they were fantastic. Service was quick, professional, and everything was explained very well. Highly recommend Hyundai Contry. We had previously been to Hyundai Penta for repair for a dent and it was a HORRIBLE experience, do not go there !!!! Car was returned filthy, a week late, staff were very unfriendly and disorganized. I will continue my service with Hyundai Contry.
