No vayan a esta agencia, dan un pésimo servicio, me perdieron mi libro de servicios, llevé la orden del mi primer servicio y aun así no me dieron una solución la encargada se llama Cynthia, no vuelvo a esta agencia.

Esta reseña será en varias partes, ya que me deja diferentes sensaciones 1. Servicio al cliente , muy bien se respeto la cita a la hora acordada, y se entrego en el tiempo que se pacto 2. Mantenimiento, mi auto tenía varios detalles que platique al asesor, se atendieron, pero el asesor no me supo decir que mas se requería. 3. Costos, el costo del mtto fue muy alto, a pesar de solo cambiar aceite y un filtro de aire, en un inicio tenían precios muy competitivos, ojo todas las agencias te lavan el carro y el motor y Hyundai no se presta a dar ese plus que dejaría a sus clientes muy contentos, en mi caso me dejo un mal sabor de boca

Estoy sumamente molesto y frustrado con el servicio del taller de mantenimiento. Mi cita la saqué desde hace más de 7 días porque justamente hoy jueves 5 de mayo era el único día que se me acomodaba para dejar mi camioneta y pensé que lo mejor era sacar la cita con anticipación para evitar cualquier tipo de problema, y el día de hoy que me tocó venir a dejar mi camioneta al taller, me dicen que no tienen filtros de aceite disponibles y que me van a dar cita hasta la próxima semana. JAMÁS había escuchado que este fuera un problema que ocurría con ningún taller de ninguna marca de automóviles. Además, que poca importancia le dieron a mi tiempo porque no tuvieron la amabilidad de ponerse en contacto conmigo ayer o incluso hoy mismo para decirme que tenían este problema. TUVE QUE IR AL TALLER PARA QUE ME DIJERAN QUE NO LO IBAN A PODER RECIBIR. De verdad que espero que esto lo lea alguien del staff administrativo o directivo para que sepan la poca atención y cuidado que tiene su personal de servicio con sus clientes.
I am extremely upset and frustrated with the service from the maintenance shop. I made my appointment more than 7 days ago because precisely today, Thursday, May 5, was the only day that suited me to leave my truck and I thought that the best thing was to make the appointment in advance to avoid any type of problem, and the day today that I had to come to drop off my truck at the workshop, they tell me that they don't have oil filters available and that they will give me an appointment until next week. I had NEVER heard that this was a problem that occurred with any workshop of any car brand. Also, how unimportant was my time because they weren't kind enough to contact me yesterday or even today to tell me they had this problem. I HAD TO GO TO THE WORKSHOP FOR THEM TO TELL ME THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO RECEIVE IT. I really hope that someone from the administrative or managerial staff reads this so that they know how little attention and care their service staff has with their customers.
