★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely a poor experience for maintenance service and warranty, I received my car dirty and there is no explanation about what will be change, review or replace for maintenance, you have to ask for details, i gave them a second chance but same results, I wont schedule next maintenance here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service department staff can't be best. They were able to take our car in early and did a great job in a short time. As an Expat still learning to speak Spanish, they have personnel who speak English. It made our whole experience a good one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maintenance work appears to have been detailed and well done, but courtesy from the staff when picking up the car can be much better. Employees at 6 pm seemed fed up and not very happy to help arriving customers.
