★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo vine a recoger una factura, trámite para el cual ya había agendado cita. Hyundai Interlomas me pidió que viniera este día a cierta hora y llegué puntual. Actualmente tengo una hora y media esperando y el gerente de ventas (Samuel) no me ha podido atender. Entró y la ejecutiva le solicitó apoyo y él solamente respondió "Espérame " y se fue. Tuvimos que pedirle a otro ejecutivo nos ayudara y él fue a presionarlo. Eventualmente llegó, fue a imprimir la factura y no tardó más de 10 mins. Acción que pudo haber hecho desde que llegamos. Nos quedamos decepcionados con su atención al cliente!
 I just came to pick up an invoice, a procedure for which I had already scheduled an appointment. Hyundai Interlomas asked me to come this day at a certain time and I was on time. Currently I have an hour and a half waiting and the sales manager (Samuel) has not been able to assist me. He came in and the executive asked him for support and he only answered "Wait for me" and left. We had to ask another executive to help us and he went to pressure him. Eventually he arrived, went to print the invoice and it took no more than 10 mins. Action that could have been done since we arrived. We were disappointed in your customer service!

Cómo empresa tratan de protegerse y solo hablan por hablar.
Me vendieron un carro que estaba defectuoso y casi pierdo la vida teniendo dos accidentes a causa de las fallas del carro, cosa que ellos no querían reconocer.
Sinceramente el personal y los gerentes no están capacitados, no hay comunicación entre ellos unos dicen otra cosa otros otra cosa y nadie cumple su palabra.

Que fiasco de agencias son.
Dalton Inter hills. They are a company fiasco from their sales agents Hugo and their managers Julio César, Yohana and Meibi.
As a company they try to protect themselves and they only talk to talk.
They sold me a car that was defective and I almost lost my life having two accidents because of the car's failures, which they did not want to admit.
Honestly, the staff and managers are not trained, there is no communication between them, some say something else, others say something else, and nobody keeps their word.
