★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos un carro seminuevo 2020, y al inicio la atención fue buena, siempre nos recalcaron que el coche estaba excelente porque le hacían mil pruebas, a veces no logras cubrir todo lo que se necesita saber del carro o de la parte mecanica, nos entregaron el coche y vaya sorpresa, HEMOS INVERTIDO MUCHÍSIMO, desde que no nos dijeron que traía birlos de seguridad pero no estaba la llave, GASTO EXTRA, las llantas según el km no correspondían GASTO EXTRA, y para los dos años que el coche tenía frenos y discos dañados GASTO EXTRA, la verdad es que es parte de responsabilidad de ambos pero al menos tener la decencia de decir esas pequeñas cosas o mejor no decir que entregan carros que parecen nuevos
We bought a pre-owned 2020 car, and at the beginning the attention was good, they always told us that the car was excellent because they did a thousand tests on it, sometimes you can't cover everything you need to know about the car or the mechanical part, they gave us the car and what a surprise, WE HAVE INVESTED A LOT, since they did not tell us that it had safety studs but the key was not there, EXTRA EXPENSE, the tires according to the km did not correspond EXTRA EXPENSE, and for the two years that the car had brakes and discs damaged EXTRA EXPENSE, the truth is that it is part of the responsibility of both but at least have the decency to say those little things or better not say that they deliver cars that look like new
