★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El centro de servicio es pésimo, hoy lleve mi auto a servicio, tenía cita a las 8:15, el asesor que me asignaron no se presentó a laborar, los demás asesores con una actitud, prepotente y grosera, me indicaron que debía esperar 40 minutos para ser atendido, después de una hora de estar esperando me retiré sin que me dieran el servicio, no tienen idea de lo que es "servicio al cliente" deberían de aprender de @hyundaitepepan, ahora vivo aquí, tendré que buscar otra alternativa para realizar los servicios a mi auto
The service center is terrible, today I took my car for service, I had an appointment at 8:15, the advisor assigned to me did not show up to work, the other advisors with an arrogant and rude attitude, told me that I should wait 40 minutes to be attended, after an hour of waiting I left without being given the service, they have no idea what "customer service" is, they should learn from @hyundaitepepan, now I live here, I will have to find another alternative to service my car
