★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inicié los trámites para la adquisición de una unidad, otorgando la suma de 5 mil pesos por concepto de apartado. Me dijeron que el buque llegaba el 26 de octubre y que la unidad estaría disponible en los primeros días de noviembre. Posteriormente me dijeron que el buque llegaría el 21 de noviembre y que la unidad podría estar disponible a finales de noviembre. Desistí continuar con el trámite y ahora para devolverme los 5 mil pesos me piden me apersone en la agencia, lo cual me resultaría contraproducente, considerando que yo radico en Huatulco. (Cuando yo hice el apartado, efectué una transferencia bancaria; considero que lo lógico sería seguir el mismo procedimiento para el reembolso)
I started the procedures for the acquisition of a unit, granting the sum of 5,000 pesos for the item. They told me that the ship was arriving on October 26 and that the unit would be available in the first days of November. I was later told that the ship would arrive on November 21 and that the unit could be available by the end of November. I gave up continuing with the process and now to return the 5,000 pesos they ask me to appear at the agency, which would be counterproductive, considering that I live in Huatulco. (When I made the section, I made a bank transfer; I consider that the logical thing would be to follow the same procedure for the refund)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención en el área de servicio. Pésima garantía. Cuando te quieren vender un auto te dicen que son los mejores en garantías. Cuando tienes el auto buscan el más mínimo detalle para no hacerla válida. Si te pasas 1 km en sus tabuladores, ya valiste.
Bad attention in the service area. Terrible guarantee. When they want to sell you a car they tell you that they are the best in guarantees. When you have the car they look for the smallest detail to not make it valid. If you spend 1 km on their tabulators, you're done.
