★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi experiencia en esta empresa en el área administrativa puedo comentar les que es muy buena, más sin embargo, es buena únicamente para aprender , más no para quedarse , le tienes que caer bien al coreano para que se asciendan, básicamente también tienes que idolatrar a tu jefe para que te asciendan, la rotación de personal es mucha, pero se debe a que no se enfocan en retener al talento que tienen, se enfocan en traer gente con poca experiencia para que les duren o aguanten a los jefes tacaños que tienen, las promociones muy apenas te las dan, y la única manera de ascender rápidamente es teniendo un padrino o caer le bien al coreano, a alguien con experiencia no le recomiendo este lugar , pero a alguien que esté interesado en aprender, es el lugar idóneo , insisto es un buen lugar para aprender pero no para quedarte. La mayoría de los gerentes buscan salvar su pellejo antes de apoyarte, claro hay sus excepciones pero sinceramente son contadas. No siempre vayas con la expectativa de crecer por qué lcon honestidad, hay trabajos mejores.
