Compramos un auto seminuevo en muy buenas condiciones y el precio fue muy bueno, nos compraron el auto que teníamos antes y fue a un excelente precio, la atención del vendedor y del gerente fue excelente muy atentos y amables, cumplieron sus tiempos acordados. En la entrega nos festejaron y aplaudieron toda la agencia, hicieron del momento ¡Una experiencia única!

Utter rubbish customer service. Don't expect speed or satisfactory results without you having to call them for updates. Repeatedly. Don't trust in what they say and don't let them push you over. Push back.

Our sales person was actually pretty good, laidback in her sales approach and very energetic when delivering on her promises regarding the insurance, license plates and such. Kudos to her! The car is actually really nice, efficient and comfortable. No complaints here either!

Hola, Miguel I want to speak with you about my experience with you and your location. I will start with you and your staff. As I have been mishandled for about 6 months. I understand limited supply and chips and everything, but your staff constantly lied about deadlines. We paid everything when asked and your staff lied about ETAs and multiple other issues. I have correspondence to support these lies and misguided problems and promises. I will also be following up about with your regional manager and the national manager also. And I will also contact Hyundai national direct for your territory. And the national level from South Korea. I’m surprised of the difficulty to talk with anyone from your dealership. I was questioned multiple times as my nature of this inquiry. I have never received such poor customer service as experienced from this location. I will forward this to Hyundai USA and Hyundai International. I’d like the opportunity to have a reason for the poor experience and the lies I was told throughout this entire process. I have kept records and correspondence from your staff. I will continue to pursue my negative experience to the higher levels as I was turned away many time from your staff. I appreciate your due diligence.
