Compre un auto seminuevo a la señora Carmen Baños y el Gerente Adan Piña. Me entregaron 2 llantas totalmente defectuosas y ocultaron el defecto, la voltearon para que quede en la parte interior del rin....Hice el reclamo 7 días después de haber recibido la unidad y dicen que eso no es un defecto que cubra su garantía!! A pesar de ser un vicio oculto.....
Imaginate si ocultan un defecto en llantas, que otras cosas puede tener el coche que no te comentan.

I bought a used car from Mrs. Carmen Baños and the Manager Adan Piña. They gave me 2 totally defective tires and they hid the defect, they turned it around so that it was on the inside of the rim....I made the claim 7 days after receiving the unit and they say that this is not a defect that is covered by their guarantee! ! Despite being a hidden vice.....
Imagine if they hide a tire defect, what other things the car may have that they don't tell you about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención post venta, o mejor dicho, post pago. Me entregaron un vehículo defectuoso en septiembre y hasta la fecha ni el menor intento de buscar solución. Lucas, el Gerente de ventas y el de post ventas saben de lo que les estoy hablando. El gerente general nunca está. Luego doy detalles. No compren ahí. Lamentable.
Terrible post-sale attention, or rather, post-payment. I was delivered a defective vehicle in September and to date, no attempt to find a solution. Lucas, the Sales Manager and the Post Sales Manager know what I'm talking about. The general manager is never there. Then I give details. Do not buy there. Regrettable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regretfully, after various attempts to get my radio fixed, technicians stalled the fixture. Had to go to another Hyundai dealer where NOT only did they FIXED my radio, but also mentioned that past services HAD not changed spare parts that I paid for.
Shame on HYUNDAI PEDREGAL.
