★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo el proceso del servicio muy bien explicado, la recepción y entrega del vehículo a tiempo, lo único que el lavado de cortesía es solo por decir que te lo entregan lavado pero la verdad no lo hacen bien, mi tablero presentaba polvo ya que al parecer no limpiaron adecuadamente ese lugar, entiendo que es de cortesía pero si ofrecen ese servicio deberían hacerlo con la misma calidad.

Hablamos con quien nos dijeron era la gerente, quien nos prometio igual que el vendedor Carlos que "hoy" queda su reembolso. Ese "hoy" no se ha llegado con el paso de las semanas y meses. Nos han traido con mentiras todo este tiempo. Elevaremos nuestra reclamacion a las instancias que sean necesarias. Su comportamiento es FRAUDULENTO, como lo describio atinadamente otro usuario.
