The service director Juan Carlos Duarte is notably very polite and helpful with any warranty visits. Overall I am very happy with my new Accent GLS and my experience at Hyundai Plasencia Vallarta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, they're car salesmen, so you know they're going to push you. To test their cars, one salesman, who i won't name, took me on a wild ride to show the controlled back and forth motion of the vehicle and an emergency stop. Wild ride!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a scam outfit. A bunch of con men. Contracted for a car with a deposit in December with written guarantee that in a month one vehicle would be allocated. 4 months later nothing. Asked for the deposit back. Said it would take 3 weeks and not credit the crefit card but via a cheque ... Finally got the cheque. You can't cash the cheque ... you have to deposit the cheque and hope it clears in another two weeks. Avoid this place like the plague. The last thing they do is tell the truth. They seem to make money not by selling cars, but by using people's deposits ... in my case for now pushing 6 months. In the United States all of these people would be in prison.
