★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante el proceso de venta fue un excelente servicio, sin embargo posterior a la entregan no se hacen responsables de nada, el vehículo ha presentado fallas y solo piden que se meta al taller para revisión y no dan con nada, hace poco el vehículo marco un error de asistencia dirigida y argumentaron que fue la batería que había un año la habían cambiado por otra falla u que la tenían que cobrar porque no entraba en garantía, y luego de eso el día de la entrega siempre no lo hicieron porque el vehículo mostraba el mismo error, se dejó dos semanas, al momento de ir a recoger el vehículo dijeron que había que pagar la postura de la batería y de la revisión del vehículo, cuando aún está en garantía! Entre los gerentes de servicios y vengas se hechan el problema y nadie resuelve! Que decepción total de la marca
During the sales process it was an excellent service, however after the delivery they are not responsible for anything, the vehicle has presented faults and they only ask that it go to the workshop for inspection and they do not find anything, recently the vehicle marked a directed assistance error and they argued that it was the battery that was a year old they had changed it for another fault and that they had to charge for it because it was not under warranty, and after that on the day of delivery they always did not do it because the vehicle showed the same mistake, it was left for two weeks, when they went to pick up the vehicle they said that they had to pay for the battery and the vehicle inspection, when it is still under warranty! Between the service managers and you come the problem is made and nobody solves it! What a total disappointment of the brand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se creo q fui en mal momento o es q así funcionan ahora las agencias automotrices, el Showroom no tenía ni un solo vehículo en exhibición por suerte había 4 en la parte exterior q iban a llevarse y podías verlos. No se si ahora te venderán todo por catalogo (tipo zapatería o topper) eso si, quieren q apartes tu unidad.. Que no han escuchado el dicho "de la vista nace el amor" deberás haybq echarle más ganitas y tener autos pars mostrar. Todo lo demás sale sobrando.
