★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venimos 2 veces la primera hace 3 años y en verdad era para ver de comprar, hace unos meses igual misma vendedora y misma mala actitud. Lastima ellos se lo pierden pero no la bajo de sangrona a la vendedora

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. Fui el 9 de mayo a la agencia pues estaba interesado en adquirir la camioneta Creta pero tuve que esperar 20 minutos a qué un asesor me atendiera. Posterior a esto entregué documentación y nunca más volvieron a dar el seguimiento correspondiente.
Después de esto volví a solicitar una cita el día 18 de mayo y de nueva cuenta, aún con cita agendada, me dejaron esperando más de 30 minutos.
Ante esto acudí, sin cita, a la agencia Hyundai en Patriotismo dónde al llegar fui atendido por un vendedor de nombre Alberto, quien me dió un excelente servicio. Le entregué mi documentación y me informo que me habían aprobado el crédito.
Es increíble que en esa agencia de Universidad demorarán dos semanas en hacer nada y en la de Patriotismo en un día se atendió todo.
No me imagino cuántas ventas han perdido por su pésima atención.
Terrible attention. I went to the agency on May 9 because I was interested in acquiring the Creta truck, but I had to wait 20 minutes for an advisor to see me. After this I delivered documentation and they never gave the corresponding follow-up again.
After this, I requested an appointment again on May 18 and once again, even with an appointment scheduled, they left me waiting for more than 30 minutes.
Given this, I went, without an appointment, to the Hyundai agency in Patriotism where upon arrival I was attended by a salesman named Alberto, who gave me excellent service. I gave him my documentation and he informed me that the credit had been approved.
It is incredible that in that University agency it took two weeks to do anything and in the Patriotism agency everything was taken care of in one day.
I can't imagine how many sales they've lost because of their lousy service.

Y quise arreglar unos detalles de estética, me ofrecieron un servicio y una fecha de entrega la cual no se cumplió, me llamaron para agendar una nueva fecha de entrega y nuevamente no se cumplió. Les marco para conocer el motivo del retraso y no se dignan a contestar. La verdad me están dejando una pésima impresión en su servicio

I mark them to know the reason for the delay and they do not deign to answer. The truth is that they are leaving a bad impression on me in their service
