★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé el auto para su primer servicio. La atención fue buena, el tiempo que tardan en entregar el auto fue de 5 horas aproximadamente. En cambio, en piso de ventas no fue así, estuve revisando varios vehículos porque quiero cambiar de auto y ningún agente me atendió.
 I took the car in for its first service. The attention was good, the time it takes to deliver the car was approximately 5 hours. On the other hand, on the sales floor it was not like that, I was checking several vehicles because I want to change cars and no agent attended me.

A la entrada todo bien pero como llegue 30 min antes del cierre, uno de los asesores no quería atenderme y quería que una de sus compañeras lo hiciera, pero al parecer a él le tocaba el cierre, pero todo esto lo hizo frente de mí dejando una muy pero muy mala imagen.
Al final nos "atendió" no como quisiéramos, pero lo hizo, quedo de mandarnos información del vehículo en cuestión y nada nos mando.
Ese tipo de asesores no deberían de trabajar ahí porque hacen que uno busque otra agencia donde comprar el vehículo.
Very bad attention.
Everything was fine at the entrance, but since I arrived 30 minutes before closing time, one of the advisors did not want to attend to me and wanted one of his colleagues to do so, but apparently it was his turn to close, but he did all of this in front of me, leaving a very, very bad image.
In the end he "attended" us not as we wanted, but he did, he kept sending us information about the vehicle in question and he sent us nothing.
These types of advisors should not work there because they make one look for another agency where to buy the vehicle.
