★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llame al número que señalan nunca contestaron, los intenté contactar por Whatsapp, tardaron horas en responderme, me dieron un precio sin siquiera especificarme que vehículo me darían, les pregunté por los detalles y lo único que recibí fueron los datos bancarios para realizarles el anticipo, ante su poca seriedad, decidí no contratar con ellos.
I called the number they indicated, they never answered, I tried to contact them by Whatsapp, they took hours to answer me, they gave me a price without even specifying what vehicle they would give me, I asked them for the details and the only thing I received was the bank details to make the advance, Given their lack of seriousness, I decided not to contract with them.

Muy díficil encontrar el lugar para hablar directamente con un responsable, te mandan de un lugar a otro sin darte explicaciones concretas para al final decirte que hay que ir a ver una señora a la tienda de aceites y está señora te dice que la única manera es llamando por teléfono a un número específico.
There is no customer service office. It is very difficult to find the place to speak directly with a person in charge, they send you from one place to another without giving you specific explanations to finally tell you that you have to go see a lady at the oil store and this lady tells you that the only way is by calling a specific number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo a esta empresa, debido a la pandemia, se pospuso el viaje a dónde iríamos, al volver a ponerme en contacto para establecer nuevamente la fecha para el viaje me dijeron que ya no me lo podrían realizar. Cuando ya no fue cosa mía en un principio me dijeron que no podían darme reembolso, pero se quedaba congelado mi viaje solo por ser una ocasión especial y ahora que volví a escribir me salen con que ya no y se perdio todo. Ah pero adjuntando que según por míhabian perdido otros viajes. Cuando nisiquiera se podía salir, no había nada abierto, como es posible eso? Mejor en el hotel donde hize reservación me siguieron respetando que aquí.
I do not recommend this company, due to the pandemic, the trip to where we were going was postponed, when I got in touch again to establish the date for the trip again, they told me that they could no longer do it for me. When it was no longer my thing, at first they told me that they could not give me a refund, but my trip was frozen just because it was a special occasion and now that I wrote again they tell me that it was no longer and everything was lost. Ah but attaching that according to me they had lost other trips. When you couldn't even get out, there was nothing open, how is that possible? Better at the hotel where I made a reservation, they continued to respect me than here.
