★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes era bueno, tenía buen internet, pero fui hace unos días porque necesitaba ganar tiempo para una reunión, todo bien pero 30 pesos la hora por una computadora que no me deja jugar, te prohíbe páginas como la de league of legends o cartoon network, pésimo servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo! El servicio es horrible, ponen a chavitos a atender y los dejan solos. Entre la inexperiencia, las fallas en pcs, impresoras, dudas de ctes. y otros servicios que ofrece el negocio, pobres, se hacen bolas y te dejan esperando horas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte del personal, pides un favor y parece que les pides las perlas de la virgen o simplemente te ignoran. Hace algunos años fui cliente asiduo y era un lugar donde si daban muy buena atención al cliente, hoy en día es todo lo contrario. Que pena.
Terrible service from the staff, you ask for a favor and it seems like you ask for the virgin's pearls or they just ignore you. A few years ago I was a regular customer and it was a place where if they gave very good customer service, today it is the opposite. What a pity.
