★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deja mucho que desear la atención de ventas telefónica , al menos de productos SMC, no dan seguimiento , no mandan cotización , no están capacitados , no hay sentido de urgencia , supongo que ahora como son grandes pues descuidan a clientes pequeños .
 The telephone sales service leaves much to be desired, at least for SMC products, they do not follow up, they do not send a quote, they are not trained, there is no sense of urgency, I suppose that now they are large because they neglect small customers.
