★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. No respetaron mi reserva, nos trataron de una manera hostil y con burla, haciendo comentarios completamente fuera de lugar. Entiendo que había alta demanda y prefieran dar la habitación a otros visitantes, pero fueron muy altaneros, tanto el personal del restaurant cuando mi familia pidió el baño, así como el encargado del hotel. Finalmente nos hospedamos en hotel Mary Telma donde nos recibieron muy amablemente.
Terrible service. They did not respect my reservation, they treated us in a hostile and mocking way, making comments completely out of place. I understand that there was high demand and prefer to give the room to other visitors, but they were very arrogant, both the restaurant staff when my family requested the bathroom, as well as the hotel manager. Finally we stayed at the Mary Telma hotel where they welcomed us very kindly.
