Excelente atención

Aparte de caro, impuntuales te dicen una hora y llegan 30 minutos después, casi pierdo mi vuelo por su culpa. Además cuando quieres una consulta llamar esta complicadisimo porque ningún numero de contacto contestan. Pésimo servicio.

Ne surtout pas faire confiance a ce prestataire...nous avons réservé un transfert aéroport de cancun a l hotel situé a playa Paraiso. Reservation confirmé en poche ...arrivé a l aéroport personne n etait present pour nous accueillir...nous avons appeler et la....langue parlée uniquement espagnols ou anglais...la reponse que la standardiste nous indique est la suivante...il faur attendre 2 heures.....sinon prendre un taxi et nous seront remboursés... Nle ous prenons donc un taxi et le lendemain a la reception de l hotel nous expliquons notre soucis... Il y a dans l hotel un representant iberoservice et la nous le rencontrerons..il appel la société qui nous dit ...que nous n etions pas present a l aéroport...donc pas de remboursement.....c est notre parole contre la leur. Visiblement le representant iberoservice sur place était tres gêné et nous a expliqué que cela arrivait souvent..... Cettte société ne merite aucune confiance fuyez ce service. Plus jamais. Cela fait plusieur fois que nous allons au Mexique et nous n avions jamais eu de soucis avec d autres prestataires . Heureusement le responsable de l hotel a fait ce qu il fallait en nous octroyant des services gracieusement afin de compenser....un grand merci a lui. Un conseil me réservé jamais avec iberoservice

The resort was beautiful and the food was great!

Don’t use this service. First of all it is false advertising because they act as if they are part of the hotel Iberostar but when we had a problem the hotel said that the hotel is not responsible for iberoservice so BE AWARE. It is cheaper to buy the tickets online for any excursions and most include transportation. They told me that their prices are higher because if not they don’t make any commission. We had a horrible experience with them where they charged our credit card and at the moment of giving us our tickets they changed the price they gave us saying the transfer changed price (apparently in a minute ) so they wanted more money. We ended up saving money online and had great transportation with taxigo.mx Taxigo.mx were very professional and safe and even cheaper.

Refund refused by mgr., Enrique Perez, even though receipt literally says 50% refund if within 12 hours. No discloser that partial refunds weren't possible. Whole trip was Mon. - early Sat. Overall the hotel was nice. On Tues. I purchased 3 excursions, 2 for Wed. (Tulum/XelHa and swimming w/ Dolphins) and the 3rd for Xcaret for myself & 2 kids (8 & 10). Wed. was nice. Unfortunately, even though I applied sunscreen (50+) multiple times throughout the day, I ended up sunburned. The kids also ended up with a little burn on their shoulders. Knowing the sunburn wasn't going to get any better, I canceled Fridays trip to Xcaret Thursday afternoon and was told a refund wasn't possible by the hotel rep and by the Xcaret "exec". The receipt literally says I was entitled to a partial refund and I was never told a refund was not possible when I was booking. Totally disgusted. I'm a single mom and I work so hard all the time. This was my 1st real vacation in 10yrs. To lose out on this much money was a huge loss for me and just plain unacceptable.

Iberoservice was very helpful and friendly. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because they are so hard to get ahold of before you are at your destination. We signed up for the free airport shuttle but our inbound flight got delayed and I could not get ahold of them to change the shuttle pick up. I tried several numbers I found online and none of them were valid when calling from the U.S. To my surprise though, the driver waited at the destination airport for 3 hours. Once we were at the hotel, they were very easy to contact. Our outbound flight was delayed as well and they change the shuttle seamlessly.
