Iberostar Grand Paraiso - 77710 Riviera Maya

This resort is amazing! This is the second time going to Iberostar Grand Paraiso and we will be retuning again! I have been to Mexico 8+ time and this is my favorite resort! The food is AMAZING! The drinks are great! And best of all the staff is so caring and accommodating! The entertainment team by the pool are the best I have experienced! You won’t be disappointed!

Our stay at the Iberostar Grand all adult was amazing! We were in bldg 70 with an oceanfront view. Our butler which was our first was Karolina. She greeted us by name every day and got us what we needed and where we needed to be. She was the absolute best! Angel was also very helpful The buffet for breakfast was excellent and all restaurants were very good. A standout for me would be Tonis, it had the most eclectic menu of all the restaurants. We had a couples massage at the Spa, very relaxing and was greeted in our room with champagne, chocolates, and rose petals from our housekeeping and butler! An absolute 5 star place!

We have had such a blast here. From everything to the sports people, Claudia and Lisbeth, to the entertainment Carlos and Luis. The hostess Andrea was also awesome. These people are so sweet and kind. They truly made our experience so much fun. This place is so clean. Everyone is so helpful. Our butler Irmin was awesome. He was there every time we needed him.

This property is loaded with wonderful reasons to visit. The restaurant selection is very good. The buffet choices at breakfast and lunch are diverse and delicious. There are options for food nearby as well, all included. Entertainment in the evening here is good. Some of the shows are well worth staying up for. But, most nights we were exhausted from all the fun at the pool and bars. It’s a great place to relax and some peace and quiet. The quiet pool is an especially good setting if that is your style. Finally, the staff here are 5-star professionals without exception. Wonderful in everything they do. Be sure to take time to chat with the Restraunt and bar staff. They are simply the best.

We enjoyed hanging at the activity pool, Mariana was extremely helpful for engaging in the daily activities and Alberto at the pool bar made excellent drinks! Top shelf includes don julio and goose among others. The resort pool and beach cabanas are well spaced out so that you have privacy but still can be close to activities. In addition we appreciate the sustainability efforts with both sourcing seafood and reducing environmental impacts. Thank you Iberostar for outstanding service and experience as usual. The staff here are the reason we continue returning to this beautiful adults only resort.

We visited in May and had a wonderful time! The food was excellent from the buffet to the restaurants. We loved the Japanese one! We had an ocean front room with amazing views, and our butler was super helpful in securing dinner reservations, amenities, and scheduling our return tasks. We flew from the US, so the on-site covid testing in order to return was extremely valuable. Everyone was super friendly. We loved that there were 2 pools. One had a bar, and music and activities while the second was quiet and relaxed. So depending on your mood, you could always find something to enjoy! The beach was amazing too, minus the seaweed. An unfortunate hazard of going to Mexico in May. We cannot wait to plan a return visit!!

This place is absolutely incredible! From the food, to the hospitality to the drinks. This is our second time staying at an iberostar resort and this resort is hands down one of the best in the world. My wife and I have stayed all over the world and this resort is incredible! We can’t speak highly enough about the staff and the establishment! The entertainment is so great and is so much fun! Luis is one of the guys from the entertainment team and he carries that is so energetic and fun! We are so thankful to have found this resort and had the opportunity to meet him! Our personal butler, Enrique had been an absolute joy to work with and has been extremely helpful, insightful, and all around wonderful! We can’t stop bragging about this place. We feel like we’re living in a dream that we don’t want to end! Thank you so much Iberostar for cultivating a place that is fun, and relaxing but blessings to the business and the employees working here!

I want to say what a wonderful experience our stay At Iberostar was! They have such fun activities every day by the pool and amazing shows at night. We were always entertained, well fed, and in awe at the breathtaking resort. A very special thank you to our butlers Marcelo and Luis who went above and beyond for us.
