Miss Alejandra at the main lobby welcomed us and gave us a lot of great information we needed to know to start having a great vacation. She also made sure we had our dinner reservations on time and the restaurants that we were most interested in going. The buffets were so good, you can always find something of your choice, since they have a great selection. Had an awesome time!

French restaurant was absolutely amazing. Adrian was one of the best manager in this hotel who was so helpful and kind. Victor one of the professional ones. I can add so many names here , all the made who clean our room they were so kind with their lovely nots. Thanks from all you because you made my vacation memorable and amazing. Thanks

Food was okay, make sure you book the Mexican restaurant it was the best food we had there. Wasn't a huge fan of the buffet dinner but the breakfast was great. We loved the location, absolutely gorgeous.

We were mainly spending our time at the pool and beach, but the evening activities were fun and a blast. My favorite part was the staff, and we love the entertainment! Everyone was super helpful, and we will definitely come back again.
C	Christine Sheridan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic stay overall. Pros - Amazing service and staff! They made our trip. The pool and bars were great, and the children's activities were fantastic. We traveled with kids aged 4, 4 and 5 and they loved Star Camp, the park and ice cream at the shopping center and the kids shows/family night. The family room (two rooms connected) worked really well for us. Great wildlife, we appreciated the golf carts available to drive us around (it is a large resort). Cons - Much of the food we had was fantastic, but definitely some misses. Only other downside was the beach. It was not swimmable for us with lots of seaweed, rocks and heavy waves. For this reason alone we would not return as the beach is a big draw for us. If you are not worried about that then the resort was perfect!

The dive center is fabulous and we went over to Cozumel for one day. Really gorgeous diving over there, so-so off the beach at the resort. The food was OK with the exception of the Mexican food, which was fantastic. Staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. Rooms well appointed and comfortable. I've been to a couple of other Caribbean resorts and this one was right up there. Definitely recommend.

The best part was the service from our concierge Karina… She was amazing! So helpful and sweet. She arranged our activities, gave great recommendations and went above and beyond the usual concierge service than at most places we have stayed before. We will come back to stay here again and look forward to seeing her again!!
