We just returned from the most magical week in paradise. The atmosphere! The food! The staff and rooms! All amazing. If you are wanting a massage, request Nezly because she is wonderful. From the spa to the beach to the jungle she never disappointed! Diana and Paulo with The Club, thank you so much for you hospitality and getting us acquainted with the premier accommodations! It was definitely hard to say good bye. Special shout out to our dude Frank (Francisco Flores). YOU ARE THE MAN! Thank you for always greeting us with a smile no matter the time of day or night and always being so willing to make sure we knew what to expect no matter what adventure we were headed out on. There are not enough thanks in the entire Yucatan! Can't wait to see you again! If you are looking for a fun filled but relaxing vacation, enjoy the Caribbean but also a piece of nature, look no further. Quetzal is where it's at!

We loved our trip and after walking the beach to the pier on 5th Avenue it appeared to fit us best. We loved the wildlife, greenery, waterfalls and overall outdoorsy focus. The beach was awesome and we made it a priority to wake up early to catch the sunrise and claim a preferred spot. There were very few options for reserved dining available to us per the concierge so we ate the buffet for all but one meal. We all found food we enjoyed and ran into a few things we did not. Drinks were easy to get. One befuddling thing was the difficulty in getting a cup of coffee. It was only available in the main dining area and before 7:30 it was self serve out of brew on demand machine you stood in line for. So, it required a walk a few hundred yards from the beach to get my coffee after claiming chairs. Was very surprised by this and think there should be many more options for coffee from 6am on. We are a family of 4 with a 13 & 15 year old. Our sleeping arrangement and room amenities were not the best but we don't judge our stays on room accommodations. We just make it work and don't really care. Others may have issues with the quality of the rooms. Overall the resort exceeded our expectations. All of the staff was great. It is very clean. Would love to say we will be back but we have found we enjoy anticipating and visiting unfamiliar destinations. But we will definitely favor Iberostar facilities in other areas. Thank your for a great stay!!

Just wrapped up a 6-day stay. From a covid perspective felt really safe on the trip as most of the resort is open air. They also had fantastic shows as well. If you've been on cruises it has a very similar vibe with activities and all you can eat food and drinks. Staff was also great like Luis in the concierge. Waiters and bartenders constantly tried to take care of as well. Would strongly recommend

Hotel is wonderful. From the very beginning had a warm reception by our concierge Pedro who also helped us promptly with any questions or concerns during our stay. The atmosphere throughout the resort is incredible with gorgeous wildlife, super friendly and attentive staff and fun activities day and night. Loads of delicious food options too! Only issues were old, outdated safes… they work but had to call maintenance a few times during the stay about it and then the shuttle to and from the airport…. Book it ahead of time for both ways or you’ll have to pay $70+ USD for a cab each way

Our family of five stayed the week after Christmas. We had a blast. The staff are amazing, especially Pedro who was very accommodating. The grounds are unique and we loved all of the animals, especially the monkeys that visited us on our balconies. The food was good as were the drinks. We saw a couple of shows that we enjoyed. The location is perfect because you can leave the resort and walk in the gated community. So much to explore. The pool was great and the beach was absolutely breathtaking. We will be back!

The hotel is amazing! In perfect harmony with the Mexican forest, you will see a lot of wild animals in the hotel grounds. The pool is huge and the water temperature is just perfect! One very important aspect of every "all-inclusive" hotel is the food, and I can assure you this is one of the best buffets we have ever tried. If we ever return to Riviera Maya, we will definitely be staying here.

We loved our stay at Iberostar. The staff are amazing. They are always friendly and willing to help. Animation team is really engaging and provide fun activities. This hotel has so many animals like howler monkeys, flamingos, and peacocks. I feel like the jungle is the best uniqueness. Most hotels cut down trees and just kept like 2 animals. Iberostar kept the entire jungle environment as is. You can see animal families in their environment. Facilities are always being cleaned. The beach is nice as well though there were too much seaweed during our time. There were a few hiccups with our room. Keys would stop working. The safe didn't work when we got there. AC door just fell down.

Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any resort. This website will compare countless booking websites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you won't be let down. Great location, clean and well maintained property. We had a great view from the seventh floor!
