The service was very good. The food was also very good and varied however everyone in the family got stomach issues with one of may daughters having diarrhea and vomit for 3 days. Lots of buffet and not sure if the holding warm equipment really keeps the food above 60c we never saw anyone using a thermometer on the food and checking constantly the food was at safe holding temperature If it wasn’t for the fact that we got sick it was a good place to stay for our vacation. The night shows were good and our daughters really enjoyed them.

We had an amazing time at this resort. Mayra at the Adelita Bar was the best. She provided us with great service and took the time to get to know us while we were there. All the employees were helpful and nice. The food was good, especially the Japanese restaurant. We definitely recommend this resort for families with kids of all ages. It was so much fun!

My boyfriend and I stayed here in February for one week. Absolutely loved it! This is the first resort I've stayed at that I would gladly return to. Food was great, lots of selection. The french restaurant and lunch buffet were my favourites. Staff spoke good English, which was really nice because I have severe food allergies which I found fairly easy to communicate. Never had any issues with our room, and didn't hear of any complaints from other guests we met. They do not have water bottles, which I really liked because I feel terrible wasting so much plastic when on vacation to drink clean water. Instead, there are large glass water bottles for the room that can be refilled with purified water, and it tastes much better than Calgary's drinking water. The beach was nice as well, very clean. Thank you Norma and Adrian for serving us by the pool every day! Make sure to head down the beach and get a massage from the locals working there- $40 US

The resort was more than we expected!! Staff was more than welcoming and we felt safe. Marco, Salvador and Caesar and everyone else! There are many fun activities throughout the day and the evening entertainment is always a great time! If you are looking for something different, staff will assist you. The fish tacos are definitely a must! Ocean is beautiful and the views are stunning! Enjoyed our vacation/ family time ?️

Star Camp- what a great service. Our granddaughter went there while staying at the resort. They had themed nights, and many activities for the kids. The staff were friendly and wonderful with the children. Our granddaughter really enjoyed it, gave her little friends to play with while we were at the resort. They made crafts, baked in the mini kitchen, swam, had a jungle gym and played games. The staff kept them busy. Thank you to all the wonderful people at Star Camp.

The hotel is FANTASTIC!! We love the bartenders, especially Tomas,Edison and Adrian, and Emilio! They were always fun to chat with and give us fun drinks. The shows were also so well done and the staff made the performances very exciting. Marco and Wendy were fantastic and always willing to do anything we asked. Definitely recommend coming here and be sure to say hi to our friends!

The location cannot be beat - it is a gorgeous secluded spot with tons to do! The service is top notch from check in with Lorena to every team member we interacted with. The food is delicious with an excellent selection - definitely the best we have ever had at an all inclusive! And, we saw whales every day from our room and the roof top bar! Amazing relaxing and beautiful trip! The beach is gorgeous - the drinks are cold and we can’t wait to book again!

What an amazing experience my wife and I had at Iberostar this week. The amenities, activities, staff, and of course the surrounding beauty exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Half way through the week, we decided to upgrade to a beachfront room, which was well worth it. There is nothing like experiencing an ocean sunset from the comfort of your own balcony. The food is great as well. The buffets have a wide variety of food to choose from, and four distinct restaurants give guests even more choices. For those who drink, there is an unlimited supply of alcohol, which can make events around the swim-up bar entertaining at times. The staff was fantastic. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. Almost everyone speaks some English, but they appreciate the efforts that guests make to speak Spanish. A special acknowledgment to Alex, Jonathan, Marco Polo (serious), Wendy, Paloma and the rest of the entertainment staff for creating and executing fun activities with energy, humor, and friendliness. Also, Armando and Humberto, bell hops, are just super nice people. I am looking forward to returning, hopefully, many times in the future. The photos are views from our room.
