★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience here. My bike was wonky and they came out straight way to change it, even upgrading it to a better bike. When I needed just 2 hours more added to the day’s rent, they didn’t even charge me telling me I could return it at end of day. Very friendly and professional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in Tulum for 5 days with the intention of only renting bikes for a single day. Some of our plans switched around and we ended up needing the bikes for 2 extra days. Ivan and Erik were extremely easy to work with and allowed me to extend the reservation by simply texting them on WhatsApp. The entire process was painless. Thank you for everything! You made our trip much less stressful. There are a lot of scam bike rentals in the Tulum area and IBike Tulum is reputable and very budget friendly.

Bikes with handle brakes (unlike every other place, which have reverse peddle brake system bikes, older, cheaper version).
Amazing service. Ivan helped us with everything - pleasant and easy process. Definitely recommend and will be back ?❤️

The scooters I rented were both really good and sturdy.
I went browsing around many scooter rental companies in Tulum and the guys here are some of the most honest in the pueblo!
If you're British and fancy a laugh ask for scooter 48 :D
