Rooms are small but the morning cook Fernando is AWESOME!!! For the price its really great.

The room is smaller then it appears online. There were hairs in the bathroom floor, the towels were dirty here's on the towels. The sheets on the bed were clean which is a good thing. The TV the new room did not work. The AC blows cool. Tcondition to

Been staying for just over two weeks while looking for house.Front desk service is good, cleaning services very good. Their nightly pet fee is excessive.

I don't like my stay there, my access card broke every time than I go out of my room or uses the elevator , lack of in the rooms soap towels and water.

decent really affordable budget hotel, nothing fancy or terrible, as simple as you might expected with the price.

I would like to mention, that I had a great stay in Aguascalientes, however, I think that you can improve a thing or two, for example, there are no bottles of water in the room and that is something usual for hotels, also, the space is very limited in a single person room.

I was excited as this hotel has 2 buildings of 7 stories each, but found out that one building only caters to couples and singles while the other caters to groups that need bigger beds. We were a group of 3, and found that the hotel rooms were small. The beds are lined up in a "T" formation (see attached photo) and the bathroom cannot be accessed if the hallway door is open or if someone is in the hall of the room. This hotel just covers basic needs such as a bed, shower, toilet, and they even take pets for a fee (which is one of the reasons we chose this place); so if you want luxury, space, and commodities, this hotel is not for you. Its small and covers the basics: no bells and whistles, not even shampoo/conditioner. We only had 2 big problems worth any traveler's money: the bathroom shower kept leaking water even though the door was shut (see photo, there is no handle or seal) we even changed the showerhead direction, but in the end, we had to put 2 towels to make sure it didnt go into the hall of the room. The 2nd problem was that the room temperature was locked and could NOT be adjusted so I was hot all night.
