Fair and Legit review. The hotel is at a good location, many stores and restaurants near by. Actual rooms are very small, I am 6 feet tall and this place felt miniature in every way. Restroom is very small too. But the price was good. Restaurant there was good too. Staff is awesome for sure! Excellent service, specially at the restaurant and room service. I’d stay here again.

Excellent service, staff, food, sharp image, very neat! I’ll definitely be back! I recommended this place ? Last but no least: tortilla soup was delicious with a special cream on the side! ? I’m the most difficult person to please. And you guys did it! Thank you for the good job!

I highly recommend you go elsewhere for a better room that is larger and of better value. Details: The bad: 1. I paid approx 1600 pesos ($77 USD) plus a 1000 peso ($50 usd) pet deposit which is , supposedly, refundable. We will see on that-I have little confidence that our pet deposit will be refunded, although our pets do no damage. 2. The room was shockingly small for the price, I guess less than 100 sq ft. Hubby and I could not pass each other in the hallway nor at the foot of the bed it was so cramped. And additionally there is very little space at either side of the bed. (queen size bed) 3. The bathroom shower was a water saver and directly overhead with no adjustments, so it is hard to get the lower parts truly clean. 4. The phone was broken and we called and they brought a new one, this morning the phone is not working. When they replaced the phone last night they did not replace the plug in headset and that is broken too. 5. Refused that we order drinks at the bar and take them to the room. When you check in with pets they make you sign something that says the pets will never be left unattended in the room so you can't avail yourself of a drink as they won't let you in the bar area with pets. Good: 1. The staff is very, very kind and trys to be helpful. Not sure what is up with the rules/management at this place. 2. Overnight security in the parking lot.

I had a wonderful experience in this hotel. Clean and comfortable, a dream for any travelers. My son forgot his backpack with his electronics in it. The receptionist contacted me right away and got the devices back. Such an honest place! 100% recommended ?

Their website said "pets stay free" but they wanted to charge $300 pesos per pet, about $15 US. Their credit card terminal was also out, and they'd take dollars, but at $17 pesos/dollar. We'd have to take the pet issue up with the manager in the morning, so we left.

Love the staff at the Hermosillo location. Food is great - only thing is the floors were not very clean.

Overall, our stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and the staff courteous. The only real problem was with the room keys. They were not always the easiest to use to open the room or use the elevator. We kept getting errors. Other than that, no complaints.

The only good thing about the place is the location. Everything else sucks. Room size bad, no outlets near bed and only 2 in the whole room. TV size bad. Worst hotel experience. Don't go there
