Great place Comfortable rooms

I stayed at this hotel back in November of 2018 for an agricultural show. The hotel stay was fine for the most part, but during one of my breakfasts the hotel charged me $270 instead of pesos. I didn't realize this until I returned home, and I spent the next week calling/emailing a representative from the hotel to try and get the money back. I provided them all the information they required and they told me I would get the refund shortly. Two days later, I still haven't received anything so I check in with them and they tell me the refund will be there in another day. Another two days later I check in again, and they tell me they are having issues processing it and that it will take another two days. After this, they just stopped responding. I just now, 5 months later, finished arguing this charge with my bank to get the refund. They didn't get the money from the hotel, they just gave me a courtesy refund.

Is always good but it feels a bit simple. There is no food available at room service. There is no gym or bar, I think with those add ons it will be awesome.

A very cozy place to stay for a business class hotel. All the furniture is new and well designed. The room window has the best blackout courtain you can get, so you wont get any light from the outside and get a good rest after a long day at work.

Got this place for around $35 dollars a night which is a great deal. Rooms are a little small but if you consider the price its not bad. They don’t provide bathroom essentials except for toilet paper so bring your own shampoo and anything else think you might need. The hallways don’t have air conditioning or they don’t turn it on since hallways were always super hot. Also they don’t have a laundry facility so you can’t do any laundry there. They have a restaurant in the hotel with ok prices and have a few restaurants around the hotel which are a bit pricery but within walking distance. Don’t know if I’ll stay there again but if you’re looking for something affordable this might be your spot.

very comfy bed however noices are heard from the room and also someone was trying to enter to my room at night.

My family needed to get away for a day to break the isolation of being at home. The room was very nice in appearance, size and cleanliness. All the staff were very polite, professional and helpful with with any questions or support required. The few restaurant options in the plaza had excellent meals to compliment the experience of the hotel stay. The are felt safe and secure for the whole family.
