Cheerful rooms with modern decor, soft beds, flat screen TV, air-conditioning, warm showers and great views of the city. My biggest problem with this hotel is that the walls are very thin and you can hear the people next to you very clearly. Also, if you purchase a room with breakfast included be sure to ask for a meal ticket at check-in,

E	Erick Fuentes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aside from the fact that the hotel is a good location, I experienced bed bug bites (I have photos) I've not been able to contact the hotel directly to let them know. 1st stay July 1-2 no issues, 2nd Stay July 19-20 ended with bed bug bites that today 7/24 are still uncomfortable and itchy. Would not consider until a positive action is taken about the bed bug issue.

WiFi at the Ibis is likely the best you will find in 20 hotel stays in Mexico always 50mbps plus. We love the service and they are very protective regarding sanitation procedures. Ricardo and his staff are very attentive which is something you never see at an economy hotel. THANK YOU!

Service was very bad as the receptionist was pretty rude and ill-mannered. Interrupted us in the middle of us asking her to send someone to help us out with our toilet that wasn't working at all.We tried to call room service which they advertise but they left no number for us to call. Not at all what is advertised online. Price is the same as an actual decent hotel in then end, as they add a bunch of other miscellaneous charges. One of the worst hotels I've stayed at so far in this road trip from Oregon to here.
