★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms could be a little bit better and more spacious, but given that I was only here for a couple of hours while waiting for my next flight, it was good enough to rest for a while.
The restaurant, bar and pool table at the lobby are also great ways to spend your time here if you don't need to rest too much.
If you call in advance, they pick you up for free at the airport whenever you get there, and drop you off as well in time for your next flight
Overall, it's a good place to stay in between travels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and sufficient accommodations. Clean rooms but well used and worn. Made for efficiency lacks in reliability. The shower in the room had almost no water pressure and no hot water at all. The faucet in the sink seemed to have excessive pressure and hot water was available. When brought up to the staff, the feedback was received well but no apologies or restitutions were offered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is terrible, don't count on the shuttle picking you up. The place looks nice superficially but it is filthy. There was still poop in the toilet when I got here and they clearly don't wash anything, the bathroom is covered in hair. It says no smoking everywhere but it smells of smoke and everything is covered in cigarette burn marks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They conn me. Said they provide shuttle well I needed a ride at 5am, to airport and they said they can provide taxi for 100 peso, when I came downstairs at 4am the lady said 1000 peso to go 1.5 kms . Absolute con job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived after midnight, so the shuttle that I was expecting to take never arrived. The taxi driver's fee was RIDICULOUS and ABSURD, pure robbery. With the room, I guess I got what I paid for...definitely not luxury, but i didn't pay a luxury price, so i suppose it was fair. The room was neat and clean, but did not look like the pictures on the website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is conveniently located; unfortunately the price as a walk in is higher than reserving via OTAs. Seems the revenue department is not checking rate parity. Asking the receptionists about it they only had a standard reply; can´t blame them this is something the Revenue department need to take care of - there is no option to give feedback during the stay (QR code or online questionnaire etc) The rooms is simple and ok, bathroom a bit to "cheap" or reduced for my taste but it is enough for a one night stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is nice. They keep it clean, even though some of the furniture shows signs of aging. Once you get to the hotel everything is simple and quick. The front desk people are very cordial. The problem is getting there. It is really complicated and slow to get there from the from the main highways.
