★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a good experience. The staff greated us politely and our room was ready the moment we entered the hotel. The snacks for dinner are pretty good and also the restaurant staff recommended us their sandwich. Breakfast was good with eggs prepared individualy and natural orange juice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing. Restaurant plastic fast food look. understocked. Insouciant service. Very different from most welcoming hotels in Mexico. Reminded me of motel 6. Reception nice and polite. Room clean.Hotel has lots of room outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pet friendly hotel. They charge $300 pesos to get your buddy in. Staff is very friendly and the guy that serves food in the buffet area is a very nice and cheery guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The personnel is very rude, and slow. They never got my registration, I made it 3 days in advance, on their own system, they complain to me about that. unacceptable, that was not my problem!
Your location is wrong, this place is completely secluded, you need a car or taxi or uber to move anywhere, don't try to walk around, you will risk your life, on a highway! They don´t have any service on weekends besides breakfast, even when they have burgers advertised on every corner, like they were Mcdonalds, or something, hide them. and when I request an Uber eats, I almost lost my dinner, because of your rude personnel.
This was a terrible experience for me and my family.
Most probably I will NOT stay with you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having some trouble getting an Uber ride, but the reception call a taxi for me, which was great, he was there to pick me up in 8 minutes after they call and he was súper profesional and the car was very clean. I end up using him for the rest of my trip, he was a blessing… thank you Henry for all of your help!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An interesting concept. You can tell the hotel is fairly new, and seems designed for efficiency. In that, it meets it's goal, but it does leave something to be desired.
For one, the air conditioning did not work in my room. Either that or the thermostat was a dummy. It wouldn't get the temperature below 24 degrees Celsius. I suspect the temperature was actually controlled from another location.
The bathroom had a number of interesting design choices that I can't really get behind. The shower head was attached to the ceiling, rather than the wall. This made it difficult to adjust the temperature of the water before getting into the shower.
The mirror had two very bright lights integrated into the mirror. They were blindingly bright, and made it difficult to see yourself in the mirror.
All told, not bad, but I wouldn't stay there again.
