b	bill linux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and modern hotel... with music theme. Front desk staff are awesome and the breakfast is better than the local standard boring contin Hiental style. A real bonus is the hotel adjoins the Galleria mall... Great shopping and eats await you. Parking is easy.. just park outside the main door down one car park of aisles.

J	Justin Young on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel it has a very modern theme based on a music theme. It also has an industrial feel which I love. The rooms are very nice and I found the bed very comfortable each room has an extra pillow my wife needs lots of pillows to sleep she asked at reception and when we returned from eating in the mall which is attached our room had enough pillows for her to sleep. The staff are very friendly and helpful also all the members I spoke to could speak English. The bar and breakfast area are nice the breakfast is basic but hot.

But the hospitality by your front desk attendant and night-shift guard made it all so much better. This is was hospitality is all about. They were nice and kind. The rooms are nice and clean and modern. Excellent location with a good parking lot. But the staff is wat made it A+

When we got to the other hotel they gave us a room that was dirty and smelled awful. There were hairs on the bed and the bathroom was disgusting. The staff was rude and unexperienced. You will think that they would treat you nicely after making you run from hotel to hotel. Horrible experience.
