★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, September 10th I was preparing my bags to leave the hotel and noticed that U$ 800.00 was missing from my belongings. That also happened to another guest. I called him and he only noticed when I good him what had happened to me. We talked to the receptionist and he contacted the manager but they did nothing about it. Then we called the police and they asked us our names, ages, how much money was missing, but also they said they couldn't do anything because the money went missing inside the hotel, not outside. I'm leaving tomorrow at 4 am with nothing solved. And the other guest has 6 more days in Mexico and decided to change hotels, just to be safe.
So, if you decide to stay in this hotel, be careful with your belongings, because it might go missing and you only notice it when you leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good rooms, clean and great service. The breakfast is good, but gets very repetitive quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice place but the rooms are too small for the price they have.
One positive point is that has included breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the worst experience ever in a hotel, the breakfast was an incomplete buffet with plastic plates and a couple of fruits, no eggs no protein.
When I ask for shampoo, conditioner and soap the answer was its all the same from the hands soap in the dispenser located in the shower, the lights of the room where broken and when I ask for an additional pillow they don't do it. Also the elevator was broken I would want my money back or something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hotel I’ve ever been. Super loud music coming from the street until 1 am. Rude staff who did not care nor apologize for the inconvenience. I asked to change room and was given the same one just one floor above, where the music was still super loud. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice stylish hotel in a very convenient central location in the Zona Rosa. Everything was clean and efficient, and the staff were attentive and polite. The room had no opening windows but the air conditioning worked well. Some technical issues though – my room key-card had to re-programmed three times at reception during a two-night stay, and the wifi was down for one of the days.
